A different kind of support

More than getting through the day.

R&R recognises that addiction and mental health rarely sit neatly apart. Our programmes create a supportive space to understand what is underneath, strengthen your recovery and build the confidence to move forward.

Designed around you

Support that fits around real life.

R&R is delivered online, with programmes designed to work alongside employment, family life and everyday responsibilities. We understand that not everyone can take extended time away from work or home, but that should not prevent them from accessing meaningful, structured support.

Our programmes

What guides us

Support built on three simple values.

These are not just words on a page. They shape how every conversation, group and programme is held.

01

Empathy

You will be met with warmth, understanding and without judgement.

02

Respect

Your experiences, choices and pace are treated with dignity.

03

Growth

Support is focused on meaningful change that can continue beyond the programme.
